Is Your User Name Not Being Accepted?
It's likely that your browser is not accepting cookies properly.
Here's how to reset your browser's ability:
Internet Explorer v5
Tools... Internet Options... Security Tab... Select the "Internet" zone and pick Custom Level. Scroll down the list to "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and pick Enable. Finally, select OK twice.
Internet Explorer v4
View... Internet Options... Advanced... Then scroll down the list to Security —>
Cookies... Select "Always accept cookies" then click the "Apply"
